Travelers’ Attitudes Toward Mobile Application–Based Public Transport Services in Lahore

Many cities in developing countries are facing challenges of providing quality public transport facilities to the public. The demand-responsive (DRT) initiatives some have helped transportation alternatives travelers, and filling gap between demand supply. Recently introduced DRT Lahore included mobile app-based Airlift Swvl bus services. This article is aimed at evaluating travelers’ attitudes toward application (app)–based services with help a questionnaire survey. A was designed consisting personal travel information their perceptions on selected attributes total 440 samples were collected through interviews.
